Fundraising for Midwifery Advocacy:

What does this mean?

The California Nurse-Midwives Association works on your behalf to improve the health of moms, babies, and families in California by expanding and strengthening the reach of midwifery services. Although all Association staff are volunteers, accomplishing our legislative goals still takes time and money. Fundraising events sponsored by the CNMA have the joint goals of raising monies needed to affect legislative change (and defend our current practice) and also to build and strengthen relationships within our own wonderful midwife community.  We have chosen events we think you will find fun as week as invigorating in mind and spirit.  We hope you join us in our efforts!
